- Commonly work in knitting styles such as single jersey, rib, intarsia, and jacquard with both manual and computerized machines

- Elegant: with printing, beadings, iron on diamonds/stones/metal and embroidery

- Fancy: Hand Crochet; Combination of woven/knit fabric or crochet in one

PRODUCTION
- All sewing and knitting procedures will be done in house
- All printing, beadings, hand crochet and embroidery will be sent to suppliers whom we have known and work with in long-term basis

LEADTIME
(After receiving all approvals)
1. Cut & Sewn:
- Basic styles: 30-45days
- Styles with Beadings, Printings and Embroidery: 45-75days
- Combinations of Fabric and Yarn Knit: 45-75days

2. Sweater:
- Basic styles: 60-70days
- Styles with Beading, Printing and Embroidery: 65-85days
- Intarsia, Jacquard and Computer knit: 65-90days
- Combination of Fabric and yarn Knit: 45-75days

IN HOUSE QUALITY CHECK
1. Cut & Sewn:
- Fabric Check (Shrinkage, Colorfastness, Weight and Weave defeats)
- Cutting check (after complete cutting procedure)
- Size Set Samples
- 1st In-Line Inspection (in between each sewing procedure)
- 2nd In-Line Inspection (after sewing procedure completed)
- Final Inspection

2. Sweater:
- Yarn Check (Yarn counts, Weight, colorfastness and Weave defeats)
- Size Set Samples
- Swatches check (before binding)
- In Line Inspection (after binding procedure completed; check by using light box)
- Final Inspection

MINIMUM QUANTITY
1. Cut & Sewn:
- 1500pcs/style
- Quantity is negotiable depends on fabric material

2. Sweater:
- Basic: 500pcs/style
- Computer Knit, Intarsia, Jacquard: 1,000pcs/style
- Printing: 2,400pcs/style (Apply to New Screens only; Screen charges will be waived if this minimum is meet)
- Quantity is negotiable depends on yarn material
